Producer and owner of Media Right Productions since 1985, Doug offers his skills as a veteran producer and composer. After graduating from Yale he quickly applied his talents and education to working with Gladys Knight, Patty Smyth and more recently Empire of the Sun.
He continues to produce original scores for commercial clients like HBO, MTV, Playboy and the NFL. Born legally blind, he founded Visionary Media, a not-for-profit organization that mentors and provides opportunities for visually impaired professionals in music, media and advertising.

Graig Janssen is an accomplished musician and audio engineer. After studying music at Columbia University, he continued his studies at the Institute of Audio Research in New York City where he lives and works today.
His impressive client list includes Placido Domnigo, Russell Simmons, KRS-One and Chick Corea and many other distinguished musicians and producers.

Joe is a producer, composer and audio engineer with over 25 years of experience working out of New York City. His expertise with ProTools led Avid to contract him as consultant and he continues to provide Protools optimization services.
His extensive client list includes HBO, Coca-Cola, VISA, Accenture, and artists like Queen Latifah, Ron Carter, and Henry Belafonte. Currently Joe’s audio work can be seen and heard on Bravo’s Pregnant in Heels and multiple MTV shows including Rock the Cradle, Famous, and Ace of Cakes.

Industry trained from the ground up in breaking down and rebuilding studios, wiring, maintaing rack gear and troubleshooting the most wretched problems. Specializing in audio post and production sound, recorded and edited features, shorts and digital work for clients like Pfizer, Unilever, McDonalds, Donald Scott, Hexagon, Theory among others.
He drinks black coffee and finds writing about himself in the third person weird.

Isaiah is a New York City based recording engineer, mixer and producer with over 10 years of experience working in the most prominent international recording studios. His exceptional knowledge of analog and digital equipment allows him to capture, enhance and preserve the sonic quality the music.
Among his many credits are: Nas, Chris Rock, Luther Vandross, Barbra Streisand, Juliette Lewis, and the New Cast recordings of the Broadway soundtrack to West Side Story and South Pacific.

Kirk Yano is a multi-platinum producer and mixer. Since the early 80s, Kirk has worked with diverse artists such as Bell Biv Devoe, Mariah Carey, Miles Davis and Public Enemy. Kirk continues to stay active in the music industry and loves working out of New York City.
